Advantages

Because PVS clinics located at town centers south of Arland, B4P is the largest of Arland’s two pet superstores. with stores out side town centers in the north and east of Arland.（抄案例背景信息；然后自己整合） If PVS sets clinics in B4P stores then the brand will be well known in a wide range of areas and creation new revenue stream.（標黃這句話為帶來的好處自己要寫出來，比如創造收入等；這是考官最想看到的分析答案）或者寫成答案的話 the colloboration would therefore spread the PVS brand geographically(讓品牌擴大地域的影響力，考試的時候可能大家想不到，可以按照前面我改寫的答案，增加收入）

l B4P carry out low-cost strategy (low price, high volume ---brand)（抄題） ,because the customers are growth exceeding pet ownership that means it will increased opportunities to improve PSV brand ；To more people and help them to improve performance.（自己的分析）

Disadvantages (答案沒有，我覺得需要寫，因為本題考試的是evaluation skill)

l As B4P carry out low-cost strategy ,it only provides basic level of service to customers, it is a risk of reducing the quality of service of PVS’s clinics which may lead to decreasing reputation of the PVS brand.
